RETURN POLICY:

If your order has been shipped, you are responsible for the following:

- All orders that are canceled or are in transit are subject to a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from your credit along with all shipping costs.

- If a casket arrives damaged, we will either exchange the casket for the same or a similar casket upon the customer’s approval or give a full refund.

- Returns must include the original box and packaging. Our customer has 15 days from the date of delivery to file a return or exchange claim. If this is a cancellation, please send us a cancellation letter to info@trustedcaskets.com.

- Please be attentive when placing your order; Be sure that the casket chosen meets all your criteria. Once the order is placed, it is the customer’s full responsibility to comply with our return policy.

- All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer(both on returning back to us and shipping it to the customer).

- Upon receiving the product back to our warehouse location, Trusted Caskets will refund your initial payment less any applicable return and restocking fees within 7-10 business days.  All returns must be shipped and arrive to Trusted Caskets no later than 20 days from the cancellation letter date initiated.  Any returns beyond 20 days, WILL NOT be accepted.

- If you refuse to accept delivery of the casket and the package is returned to us, this will be considered an order cancellation and you will be subject to cancellation charges of 30% restocking fee, along with all shipping costs.

  All returning products have to be in the same conditions they were at the moment of delivery, and must include the original box and packaging. Any product that appears to be used, soiled, or in any other condition different from the initially shipped condition will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.
